By accessing or using applications developed by Adapt (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Entertainment Disclaimer
Our services provide content related to relationship insights and compatibility. You explicitly acknowledge that:
- All content is provided for entertainment purposes only.
- We do not guarantee any specific results or accuracy in the compatibility reports.
- The Services do not constitute professional, financial, legal, or medical advice.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscription Options: We offer various plans including 1-week (with a 3-day free trial), 1-month, and 1-year subscriptions. We also reserve the right to offer one-time In-App Purchases.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change. Promotional prices are time-sensitive and retroactive discounts or refunds for previous purchases are not available.
Payment & Renewal: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (App Store) or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. To avoid being charged, you must cancel 24 hours before the trial ends via your Store Account settings.
Cancellations: You may manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs, code, logos, and original content within the Services are the exclusive property of Adapt. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adapt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services or any decisions made based on the information provided by the app.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
